My name is Dong-yeol Kim, a BIG-registered physiotherapist dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care and comprehensive rehabilitation.

My journey began in South Korea, where I studied sports science and gained extensive experience in movement and recovery. In 2016, I moved to the Netherlands to further specialize in physiotherapy and align my practice with the Dutch healthcare standards.

At Kim’s Fysiotherapie, the core of my practice is general physiotherapy, manual therapy, and exercise therapy. To ensure the most effective treatment path, I integrate supportive diagnostic tools such as musculoskeletal ultrasound when necessary to clarify the clinical picture. Depending on the diagnosis, specialized modalities like shockwave therapy or TECAR therapy may be used to complement the primary treatment plan.

I also utilize InBody analysis to objectively track physical capacity and tailor exercise programs to each patient's needs. My goal is to achieve lasting results through professional clinical reasoning, ensuring that every patient receives the most appropriate and effective care for their recovery.
